During your home consultation, I'll come to your space and take the time to understand your goals, challenges, and what a perfectly organised home looks like for you. We’ll chat about your pain points, daily routines, budget, and any specific needs you have, so we can create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

The consultation is about more than just an assessment—it’s the first step in transforming your home into a space that works for you. We’ll walk through either just one space or your whole home together and within 3 days of our consult, you’ll receive a fully customised organising plan. Think of it as your personal blueprint for creating a calm, clutter-free environment that gives you back the time and mental space to enjoy life.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens after I book an In-Home Consultation?

STEP #1

Firstly, Im already looking forward to meeting you! After your booking is confirmed, you'll be taken to a calendar to schedule your consult in. When the time arrives, I will come to your home and find out about everything thats bugging you and why. I’ll take photos, measurements of the spaces and speak to you about your goals, budget, and what you are trying to achieve.

STEP #2

Following this, I will provide you with a personlised ebook, that details product suggestions, uses and the 7 Steps you need to follow to help you reach the organisation of your dreams! A quote will be included for The Mindfully Organised to take over and do the grunt work to get you from cluttered to clean! If you are happy with our custom offerings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required per area(s) that you have chosen. This will lock in the fit out date of your choice and will be deducted from your final invoice.

STEP #3

I come and work my magic! We’ll walk through your new functional space/s and i’ll give you tips on how to make the best use out of your new area/s so you can stay organised well after the hands-on work is completed.

STEP #4

You’ll then receive your final invoice within 24-hours, due within 3 business days.

STEP #5

Lastly, all you have to do is enjoy your new space, just you wait - you will feel amazing!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you force me to throw everything away?

Absolutely not! In some cases, a big clean out is absolutely necessary to get on top of your belongings and reach your goals. However, this isn’t always the case and I’m more than happy to organise all your important belongings without a big cull. 

What if I’m not the organised type? 

That's why I'm here! I’ll do the hard work so it’s all set up and ready to go. All you have to do is maintain it, which once set up - is easy! Creating functional spaces that suit you and your family is my first priority so I wont ever set something up, that I don’t think each individual can maintain. 

Do I need to clean and tidy first?

That's totally up to you - but please don't do it on my accord. I want the process of working with me to be something you enjoy, please don’t stress about tidying up. 

How do I get started?

Do you accept NDIS clients?

Yes of course - the invoice system is just slightly different due to the need for post payment. Please email me ([email protected]) and we will set up your appointments. 

If I have to cancel, do I lose my deposit? 

If you have to reschedule your consultation or your organisation project for whatever reason, a credit will stay on the system for 3 months. Following this time, any amounts paid will be forfeited. 

I don't live locally - do you travel?

Sure do! - anything 25km from our office will incur a travel fee, that will be quoted and invoiced separately. If you aren’t sure if you’ll be charged a travel fee, just send through an email and we will be able to let you know

I want to give it a go myself, but I just need a little help/push in the right direction, can you help? 

Of course, I love to help people reach their organising goals. If you have the desire to do it, but just are not sure on where to start, book an In-home consultation and I will offer suggestions on what I would be doing, product ideas and follow up to see how you are progressing. 

Do you have a National Police Clearance?

I have a valid police check and working with children check. Lots of homes I work in have little people running around and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible with me in your space
